We’ve been having some issues with receiving mail lately. The mail log shows emails going out from the site, but they’re not being received. This includes the little email confirmations about orders, but also seems to include messages to us sent through the contact form. They’re not getting caught in spam, but seem to be getting blocked even before that and just not getting out at all.
We’ve just poked around in the back and set up a new SMTP service, so hopefully that resolves the issue.
If you’ve attempted to get in touch with us using the Contact Form and haven’t received a reply please try messaging again. I’ve been going through the logs trying to find messages in the last 30 days that might not have been seen, but I’ve no idea how long this has been a problem.
