PlayStation 1 (PSX) Game Collection

Description

A PlayStation 1 (PSX) disc image collection on HDD/SSD or MicroSD for use with PlayStation consoles modified with the TerraOnion MODE, X-Station ODE. and now the PSIO!

This collection includes the complete US release set, plus EU exclusives, and a collection of EN translated JP titles, along with a small set of homebrew as a bonus.  [See Directory List Here]

Collection is available on MicroSD, or a much more affordable internal SATA drive for use with the MODE.

NOTE TO X-STATION USERS: The 1TB card is formatted to exFAT. Please be sure you are running the latest firmware. Older firmwares (like 2020 old) did not yet have exFAT support for large cards.  Updating is simple with a separate FAT32 formatted MicroSD (anything 32GB or less.)

Now available for the PSIO! We’ve spent many, many hours processing every multi-BIN title through the PSIO System Console tool into the approved Single-BIN/CU2 format required. Unfortunately, as the PSIO (currently) does not support subfolder sorting, and has a folder limit of 1000, we are unable to offer a complete collection in a single 1TB card.  The collection has instead been split onto two 512GB cards; A-L and M-Z.

NOTE TO PSIO USERS: Cybdyn is very protective of the firmware and operating system files for the PSIO. Each download is unique and serialized for your registered device. That means we are unable to ship PSIO cards completely plug-and-play ready; you WILL need an SD/MicroSD card reader for your computer. You will need to go to: https://ps-io.com/downloads/ and grab the latest menu.sys file. Copy this file onto the root of each SD card.  You can grab the latest firmware and manuals while you’re there!

(For those looking to save a few bucks we’re also now offering HDDs in addition to just SSDs for our 1TB MODE drives – a $25 savings!  1TB HDD drives may vary by availability but will always be a major brand. Seagate BarraCuda is our drive of choice. PNY 1TB are used for our SSDs.) 

Why SSD? Solid State Drives draw less power from the PSU, have no moving parts to break down, and are much more resistant to shock and impact, but come at a higher price. In a computer these drives are also 10x faster or more than traditional HDDs, however any speed difference is practically unnoticeable due to the max bus speed of the MODE.
